When to arrive:
We recommend that you arrive no more than five minutes before your service time to check in and relax. Please advise your technician/hairstylists of any medical conditions or medications which may affect your service. We look forward to offering you excellence in service in a relaxed and hygienic environment. Your comfort is important to us, please advise in advance of any special requirements.
What to wear during treatments:
Maintaining your sense of dignity and well being is very important to us. Our highly qualified technicians are trained to drape correctly to respect your privacy and comfort. Disposable underwear is available for certain beauty treatments.
What if I am late for my appointment:
Arriving late will unfortunately limit the time allocated for your service. We will do our best to absorb the time missed, however; as a courtesy to all our clients all services are completed as scheduled.
We do parking and ramp access at the front of our premise and can cater for disabled access.
We understand that sometimes you will need to reschedule appointments and kindly ask that you give at least 48 hours notice. All appointments over one hour duration will be charged a $50 non refundable deposit off the total appointment value should we receive less than 48 hours notice when cancelling. Thank you for understanding.
We love cash and accept all Eftpos, Mastercard, Bankcard, Visa. Unfortunately we do not accept Amex, Diners or personal cheques. All prices are GST inclusive and subject to change without notice.
